Clarifications to the printed announcements:

No Test A	No USFS tests passed 		1:30 (+/- 10)
		Only 1/2 jumps,  Salchow and
		Toe-Loop allowed.

No Test B	No test USFS tests passed. 	1:30 (+/- 10)
		No Lutz, Axel or doubles.

Pre-Preliminary-A  Passed no higher than 	1:30 (+/- 10)
		Pre-Preliminary Freestyle
		No Axel or doubles.	
		See 3630, 3711

Pre-Preliminary-B  Passed no higher than 	1:30 (+/- 10)
		Pre-Preliminary Freestyle
		Axel only, no doubles.
