Test Application:
BEFORE registering for a Virtual Test,
please read the info below under Virtual Testing.
The
Entryeeze System can be used by both members and non-members.
If you are a member make sure you use the button to sign in to your
account, and then click on the Test Sessions tab.
If you are not a member there is a button at the top left of the system's
first screen, where you can register for a test session
If you have any questions, you can contact our Test Committee:
NOTE: A minimum of TEN (10) test applications must be received by the deadline
for an in-person test session to be held.

Virtual Testing:
The Georgia Figure Skating Club offers virtual testing
to any member of US Figure Skating.
*** Effective immediately, all tests
recorded for submission to a virtual test session are required to include a
Virtual Test Placard. The placard must include the information below and must be
held in front of the camera prior to the date (month and day) and time, which is
also required.

November 21, 2024
without the placard will
be rejected by the host club test chair. As this notification is going to ALL
members, the affected parties (skaters, coaches, test chairs and officials) will
all be aware of this new requirement.
Click on the link below to access the placard. It can
also be found on Members Only under Testing > Overview > Information for
Skaters. It can be printed or handwritten on a piece of paper or on a
whiteboard as long as the following information is included.

US Figure Skating Video Requirements We use the Entryeeze system to
register for the tests, and it is also used to upload the video files, and
submit the forms.
Please do not email the video files nor forms. You can click on the
link above to register for virtual tests, and to submit the files.
All VIDEOS and FORMS must be submitted through Entryeeze,
do not email them to the Test Chair nor the Test Committee. - If you are a club member, you can just login to your account and then select Test Sessions.
You'll see a button to "Manage Video" - If you are not a club member, the system will email
you a link when you register for
the test.

Notes and Hacks:
- If you are trying to submit the files from your phone, and you don't see
the Browse button, try setting your browser to use the "Desktop site".
Or, use a computer to submit the files.
- If the photos of the affidavit and release forms are too large, you may
be able to mail the photos to yourself, and they email program will usually
ask if you want to reduce the size of the file. Or, you can use a
Photo Editor on your phone or computer to reduce the size of the photo.
